Join the Electric Sweets Influencer Program

The program is open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older who have an eligible U.S. shipping address. Applications are reviewed individually, space is limited, and applying does not guarantee acceptance. Electric Sweets may apply additional eligibility requirements where permitted by law.

Eligible creators may receive a private creator code for up to one complimentary 4-pack in each 90-day eligibility period. Each order is subject to continued eligibility, completion of the prior content requirement, product availability, and shipping approval. Standard shipping is included only for approved program orders sent to eligible destinations. Program benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

Each complimentary order requires one original short-form video featuring Electric Sweets. Unless Electric Sweets approves otherwise, the video must be posted publicly within 14 days of delivery and remain publicly available for at least 90 days.

Your content must reflect your honest opinions and actual experience. Electric Sweets does not require a positive review, and you may not make false, misleading, or unsupported claims. Every required post must clearly and conspicuously disclose the relationship using plain language such as “Ad,” “#ad,” or “Gifted by Electric Sweets.” Put the disclosure where viewers will see it without expanding the caption. For video, include it in the video itself—on screen and spoken when the video includes audio—and follow all applicable FTC and platform rules.

After publishing, you must provide Electric Sweets with the post URL or other requested proof. Electric Sweets may review the post for the required disclosure, accuracy, and program compliance. If a disclosure is missing or unclear, or the post otherwise does not meet the program requirements, we may require a reasonable correction before treating the content requirement as complete.

Your complimentary-order code is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, posted publicly, or used by another person. Your public follower code may be shared with your audience, but should not be intentionally submitted to coupon or deal websites. A follower code does not earn commission unless Electric Sweets agrees to that separately in writing. Electric Sweets may limit, change, suspend, or disable either code at any time.

You keep ownership of your content. While a program post remains public, you allow Electric Sweets to reshare it organically using a platform’s native sharing or reposting tools, with creator attribution when practical. Downloading, editing, cross-platform reposting, paid advertising, whitelisting, or boosting requires separate written permission and any additional agreed terms. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for music, images, trademarks, and people appearing in your content.

Completing one complimentary order does not guarantee another. Failure to complete required content, misuse of program codes, repeated missed deadlines, or other failure to follow the program requirements may pause or end your eligibility. Electric Sweets may modify, pause, or discontinue the program, change future benefits or requirements, decline future orders, or end participation. Material changes will be communicated to active creators and will apply to future program activity unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Participation is non-exclusive and does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to act for Electric Sweets. You remain responsible for your content, accounts, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Complimentary products or other benefits may be taxable income; consult your own tax adviser about your circumstances.

Electric Sweets uses the information submitted with your application to evaluate your fit, communicate with you, and administer the program. The application is hosted by Google Forms, so Google’s terms and privacy practices also apply to the form service. Electric Sweets handles the information it receives under its Privacy Policy.
