We bake and ship fresh every Monday.
Ordering anytime during the week reserves your spot in our next Monday shipment. Orders placed on Monday will ship the following Monday.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 days after shipping, depending on your location. -
We ship nationwide in the United States.

We ship orders on Monday so we can always freshly bake and ship your order. This means your cookies won't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Order before Monday to guarantee your order ships on Monday. If you order on Monday, your order will ship the following Monday. The official cutoff time is 3am Eastern Time (12am Pacific) on Monday.
After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please keep an eye on the tracking and try to retrieve your cookies as soon as they are delivered to ensure they don't sit outside for too long.
We're a small business and we hope to offer more shipping days in the future.
Exceptions: Due to the below holidays, we will bake and ship on Tuesday instead.
- January 19, 2026: Martin Luther King Day
- May 25, 2026: Memorial Day
- September 7, 2026: Labor Day -
We ship orders once a week on Mondays.
While we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, all orders ship from Indiana. Many customers in the Midwest and East Coast receive their cookies within 1–3 days after shipping, while deliveries to other regions typically arrive within 2–5 days, depending on your location. -
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $10 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Sorry, we do not currently offer free or flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping will be calculated and you can choose UPS or USPS.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you'll get a second email with your tracking number.
If you placed your order Thursday through Monday, please note that you will receive your tracking number on Monday when your package is shipped.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue at all with your order, please contact us directly at store@electricsweetsshop.com. We'll be happy to make it right for you.

We take great care in packaging our cookies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each cookie is individually wrapped to lock in freshness.
Please note that for warm weather, our cookies are not shipped in insulated boxes or with ice packs. Once the cookies leave our facility, it's difficult to predict the weather and temperatures your package may encounter on its journey.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. However, it's something we would consider in the future, so keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.

Once your order leaves our kitchen, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Occasionally, packages may be delayed due to:
- Carrier rerouting
- Weather or logistics issues
- Rural delivery routes
While this is not common, it can happen with any carrier.
If your tracking looks unusual or delayed, reach out — we’ll make it right.

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.
However, PO Box deliveries (especially in rural areas) may take longer and are more likely to experience carrier delays or rerouting.
If you need your order to arrive faster or more reliably, we recommend using a street address at checkout.
